סגירת שער 1 (פיצ'וטו) למעבר רכבים, למשך חודשיים, בשל עבודות הרכבת הקלה // English below

אוניברסיטת בר-אילן ממשיכה בתנופת הפיתוח ומובילה מהלך כולל של התחדשות תשתיתית בקמפוס ומחוצה לו.

אנחנו נערכים לעידן חדש של נגישות ושירות, עם השקת הקו הסגול של הרכבת הקלה.
המהלך כולל אמנם אתגרים זמניים, אך מטרתו ברורה: לאפשר לכולנו הגעה נוחה, מהירה וירוקה יותר לאוניברסיטה בעתיד הקרוב.

בשל העבודות להקמת תחנת הקו הסגול, שער פיצ'וטו (1) למעבר רכבים ייסגר לתקופה של כחודשיים - החל מיום חמישי בלילה, 10.7.25, ועד ליום רביעי, 10.9.25.

חודשיים אלו, הנכללים בחופשת הקיץ האקדמית, נבחרו על-ידי אגף התפעול כדי לצמצם את הפגיעה בשגרת הפעילות של הסגל והסטודנטים.

אנו מודעים לכך שהסגירה תשפיע על שגרת ההגעה לקמפוס, ולכן נערכנו מראש עם הסדרי גישה חלופיים - במטרה לאפשר רציפות תפקודית ונוחות מרבית:

שער דהאן (10): פתוח לכניסת ויציאת רכבים 24 שעות, בימים ראשון-חמישי.

בימי שישי - שער הרכב ייסגר כשעה לפני כניסת השבת וייפתח מחדש כשעה לאחר צאתה.

בשבת - המעבר בשער זה פתוח להולכי רגל בלבד.

שער מוסיקה (20):

• כניסת רכבים: בימים ראשון-שישי בשעות 06:30-14:00

• יציאת רכבים: בימים ראשון-חמישי בשעות 06:30-20:00, ימי שישי עד השעה 14:00.

שער 2: פתוח להולכי רגל בלבד, 24 שעות ביממה, כל ימות השבוע.

Bar-Ilan University continues its development momentum and is leading to comprehensive infrastructure renewal, both on campus and beyond.

We are preparing for a new era of accessibility and service with the upcoming launch of the Purple Line of the light rail.

This initiative, while presenting temporary challenges, has a clear goal: to enable more convenient, faster, and environmentally friendly access to the university soon.

Due to construction work for the Purple Line station, Picciotto Gate (1) will be closed to vehicle traffic for approximately two months - from Thursday night, July 10, 2025, until Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

These two months, which fall within the academic summer break, were chosen by the Operations Division to minimize the impact on staff and students.

We are aware that the closure may affect travel routines and have therefore prepared alternative access arrangements to ensure operational continuity and maximum convenience:

Dahan Gate (10): Open for vehicle entry and exit 24/7 from Sunday to Thursday.

On Fridays – the gate will close approximately one hour before the start of Shabbat and reopen about one hour after it ends.

On Saturdays – pedestrian access will remain open.

Music Gate (20):

• Vehicle entry: Sunday to Friday, 06:30–14:00

• Vehicle exit: Sunday to Thursday, 06:30–20:00; Fridays until 14:00

Gate 2: Open to pedestrians only, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
